This is a very special place in the heart of Cognac. You are walking distance to the main Cognac houses but you feel like you are in a very sophisticated resort. Everything is stunning, the gardens , the rooms, the spa & pool, the restaurant and the bar. It is a real gem! The service is impeccable and the activities offered by the hotel are fun such as the vintage car that you can take to have a picnic in the vineyards.

I stayed at Hotel Francois Premier recently for over a week while on business with several colleagues. The hotel is in an excellent location on the main square of Cognac city center. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. Front staff were very friendly and attentive. My room was a nice size, fully equipped and had 2 nice windows. What I liked - Very comfortable bed - Super efficient AirCon - Very quiet - Kettle - Great bathroom with rain shower - Breakfast was high quality with many choices and excellent scrambled eggs - Umbrellas to borrow To Improve - The hotel WiFi for the rooms was broken for the entire time of my stay. My colleagues informed me it was broken for a few weeks - Our entire team ending up purchasing SIM cards with large data included to be able to work from our rooms - No one at the hotel ever reached out to me to offer any kind of compensation for the WiFi situation NOTE: There is limited hotel indoor parking for a fee, but free outdoor parking is very close by

Un jeune homme très accueillant, une propreté irréprochable , à 100m du centre ville , un parking en face de l’hôtel gratuit à partir de 17h et le we. Chambres bien équipées ( bouilloire, thé, café et tisanes ) bonne literie , prises électriques partout et état impeccable. Je recommande sans pb !

Ibis Cognac is a great example of a typical Ibis hotel. No frills , reasonably priced with everything we needed for an overnight stay on our road trip to Spain. The bed was comfortable, the facilities clean and the wifi was good. Breakfast offered a great selection and they even provided paper bags for people to take stuff away with them . It was well placed to explore Cognac. We didn’t visit any of the brandy producers but there several within a few minutes of the hotel. There is free parking in the public car park opposite the hotel. Special mention should be given to Lucy on reception who went out of her way to be helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

We stayed two nights. The hotel is centrally located in an excellent pedestrian area with shops and restaurants. The owners have done a great job restoring the building with several beautiful details. Parking may be an issue and during our visit a festival was going on in Cognac. Most of the central part was closed so we could not drive to the hotel. We phoned the hotel and a friendly team member gave us good directions. We also got information about where to park and it all turned out very well. Our room was spacious, very clean and equipped with a/c, coffee maker and tv with several international channels. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good. All the team members we encountered did a great job and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Très belle surprise que cet hôtel étonnant en plein centre de Cognac. Dépaysement total, sentiment de dormir dans un lodge en Afrique. Demandez une cabane ou une roulotte, beaucoup de charme et bien agencé. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Le personnel de l’hôtel était charmant et très aidant.
