Hotel photo is good. but we book and went to hotel. room is not cleaned and there is no vehicle parking. plz remove this hotel we did not halt. we suddenly move to other hotel. we have lost our money. if you are able to refund. it is good for us. no halting but giving charges is terrible

it was a good stay, The staff's behaviour was good and knowledgeable.
service was also very good.
I came with my family, they were okay with their stay and comfort.

The hotel and the picture, which was there, were so bad and different all these pictures were fake and hotel was nothing like this ar all there is no place blankets sre torn and misquotes everywhere there is no hot water facilities and ac was not working at all

1. The place was not too bad where the maintenance was terrible. It had huge number of mosquitoes flying around in the room and they did not even provide a mosquito repellent or something similar.
2. Extra bed provided had mold on it. So couldn't use it at all.
3. Two blankets were provided but both of them were completely worn, messy, and worst of all they were torn and had huge gasping holes. They were layer replaced but still way too much to be happy
4. The receptionist at the check in was too arrogant to non tamil speaking people. Was disappointed to start with.

We reached at 3. 30 in the morning, the rickshaw guys said it is across the road in the street inside a few 100 mts. The reception guys immediately checked us in. The washroom was clean with running hot water. And good beds any traveller looks for. As the junction is close by plenty of good restaurants are there. You can visit all the important sightseeing places by public transport. A traveller's paradise with family.

The location is near to the railway station, which is good for transit. The room is too small. No restaurant and water bottles were provided.
