2nd time here and WOW, this hotel just gets better. this is one of the most chilled out hotels we've stayed at, no loud music or loud people and everyone follows the dress code for dining, rooms are spotless and very modern and beautifully decorated. The staff here are amazing from the girls in the piano bar to the staff at the Elite Bistro, Harbour Bar, Sweet Dreams Coffee shop and the sailor bar along with the fantastic waiters/waitresses in the dining rooms and bars. The animation team work hard to keep everyone entertained and Mustapha deserves a big shout out for being everywhere and always smiling. The food here is incredible and there is so much choice and being able to have a BBQ lunch at the beach bar is something special. I would like to thank Gulay on reception for going out of her way to look after us, she sorted out our upgraded room (not free) for our special occasion and nothing was too much trouble for her. We cant wait to return and switch off and watch the world go by.

Just returned home last night after an exceptional week at the Commodore Elite Suites & Spa and have already booked today to return again in October. I cannot rate this hotel and ALL of the staff highly enough - porters, housekeeping, reception, bar teams with a special mentioned to Elmas and Gulay from Bistro bar, spa, entertainment/activity staff - everyone was amazing and a credit to the hotel. As previous reviews have repeatedly mentioned everything is excellent - all areas of the hotel inside and out are absolutely spotless clean with the cleaning team constantly present throughout the day and evening. The food and service in the restaurants is amazing and there was just so much choice. Excellent quality food and drinks. Especially loved the beach bar at lunchtime for a cold beer with lunch. Our room on the 5th floor, side sea view was just perfect for us - really quiet which meant a peaceful nights sleep in nice comfy beds with clean and fresh scented bed linen, pillows and towels - perfect. Spent a nice couple of hours in the spa on our first day having a turkish hammam and massage which we thoroughly enjoyed - definitely worth a visit for a super relaxing couple of hours. Met and chatted with some lovely people (Ali & John - hope you enjoyed the suite!) Thank you again to EVERYONE at Commodore Elite Suites & Spa - already looking forward to our visit in October.

When we arrived, our cases were collected from our coach and taken into reception by a lovely friendly porter. When checking in, we were offered a welcome drink. Filled out the necessary form then shown to our room where upon our luggageful arrived. Complementary drinks in the fridge, tea, coffee, and snacks are available, also free safe. Beautiful and spotlessly clean hotel. Fantastic and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help you. Service was first class. Vast selection off food to choose from. Plenty of sunbeds and towels are available. Loved having an indoor pool and spa. A huge thank you to all involved and making our holiday a wonderful memory.

This was our 2nd visit in a year to the Commodore. I've noticed a lot of other reviews are also from returning customers. I think that tells you all you need to know. Every member of staff are so friendly and helpful. Once again they have an excellent choice of food and drink, best I've experienced in an all inclusive.

My wife and myself stayed at the Commodore Elite and Spa from the 18th of February until the 4th of March 2025. This is our 5th time at this great hotel and will be returning again next Friday for 2 weeks. All the staff from the reception desk, bar staff, waiter's and waitress down to the restaurant and staff at the swimming pool are all very helpful and can't do enough to you. Mustafa who runs the archery and darts and Bobby who runs the bocca team for on the beach work so hard to make your holiday fun. The food in the restaurant at breakfast, lunch and evening times are plenty full.

A real winter treat for adults. Not ideal for party animals or large groups of fun loving people. Its ideal for couples, and friends. 5xxxxx hotel, beautiful rooms, fabulous food. Great outdoor pools and facilities. Spa facilities lovely, except the Spa Mgr didn't want to listen to my request of booking 1 x Hot stone massage. He wanted my to book a weeks worth of bidy treatment ££££££ ker- ching!" Well you have nothing else to do" he said!. Unimpressed by his sales pattern and rudeness we didn't book anything. We used thd Spa, sauna and steam room. Evening entertainment was hit or miss. Midweek disco was more a German waltz/quickstep evening. The shows were fab. The singing was just beautiful and made me cry. 2nd visit.. we will return.

Stayed for a week from 27th December. We decided to book a deluxe suite which was well worth it. Lots of space, a huge, comfy king bed and massive wrap around balcony with sunbeds and great views. The mini bar was re-stocked every day with soft drinks, water and beer. The cleaner was very friendly and efficient. The all inclusive is fantastic. Top shelf drinks available at no extra cost. Cocktails plentiful and tasty. Beer was Tuborg and Carlsberg. Food was also very good, so much choice. We were allowed one visit to one of the speciality restaurants. We chose the Italian. Make sure you don't eat much that day as there is loads of food. I was a little disappointed with the lamb chop main, not cooked to my preference and very fatty, but that's just my preference. When the main restaurants aren't open, there is a snack menu available (3pm-7am) with a good selection of sandwiches/burgers/pasta etc. The beach bar was open 4 out of the 7 days we were there and again (due to weather), excellent waiter service and Snacks available. The beach is kept immaculate. New Years Eve was great, again 5 courses and flowing drinks, with good entertainment. The hotel is a 20 minute dolmus/taxi ride away from the centre of Side and is worth a visit. Would definitely return, maybe when a bit warmer, but we couldn't complain at 19/20 degrees in the day. If you want a bit of luxury this is the place to go, you won’t be disappointed. Arrived late as restaurant was closing, but able to order a hot meal from the bar which stays open for food all night. Beautiful, spotless hotel, great service and friendly staff. Room amazing (elite suite) stocked mini bar with soft and alcoholic drinks, snacks replenish daily, tea coffee, water in generous supply. Rooms were cleaned daily to a really good standard. The view from the balcony was stunning. Food was really good and always a good selection, desserts were scrummy too. Staff wee really good, always ready to fill your glass or clear your plates. The Al - carte restaurant was absolutely amazing, food to die for and service outstanding. Pools and beach lovely, never struggled to find a sun bed despite other guests reserving the sun beds very early in the mornings. Really enjoyed the aqua spin too. Oh, not to forget the lush coffee shop, iced latte to die for Entertainment was good, loved The Drifters- very talented group , thoroughly enjoyed that show.

Just back from our second visit to this absolute gem of a hotel. Having first visited on recommendation about 7 years ago this is our benchmark hotel and it certainly didn't disappoint. The hotel is immaculate, no detail overlooked, the staff are all so friendly and nothing too much trouble, ready with a wave and a smile . The pool areas are spotless and cleaned at least 3 times a day, even the pool loos . We couldn't fault anything or anyone. The only thing I would mention is the long trousers rule for men during evening meal. While I understand you wouldn't want someone wearing beachwear, a lot of men were wearing jeans or joggers which, in my opinion looked quite scruffy, I think nice, dressy men's shorts would have looked much smarter. I also think it probably a little unfair as women are allowed to wear shorts, considering the heat this maybe something that can be addressed in the future and by no means spoilt any part of our holiday. Commodore just keep doing what you're doing.
