Can Garden Resort Hotel

This hotel is amazing. The levels of detail and quality given to every aspect is brilliant. Stayed for two weeks end of July beg of Aug with 5yo. Lots of coffee machines around, a fantastic terrace bar and lovely pool and a quiet pool. Great service from 99% of the bar staff, restaurant staff are brilliant too. The food was varied, fresh and tasty, with something different each night, based on a theme. Jacket potato’s for lunch are also great! The entertainment team are led and managed well. The evening entertainment has been some of the best I’ve witnessed since doing AI, there was pretty much something different every night across the two weeks, the only events that were repeated were a singer/band in the terrace bar, but she was very good and a DJ night on the same place, but again very good and had everyone up dancing, the other types of evening events including your usual magician, dancing acts, bingo, and a family fun evening with inflatables and foam! The only gripes I would have would be that the room is small with a tiny balcony, and that the daytime events are repetitive with not much for the younger children if they did not want to go to mini club. The daytime events consisted of aqua aerobics, yoga, darts and water polo. A bit more variety and games for all guests to partake in would be better. It would also be beneficial to have some fans installed in the terrace bar as it does get hot and humid up there in the evening. It is a very German orientated/dominated hotel but the team do speak English, as best they can and try to include everyone in events, although some of the normal chat/jokes are done in German so goes over our heads Definitely would return as it was a nice place . No need to save sunbeds as there are plenty with a man going around taking some towels off if not used after a while

If your English stay away from this hotel. Hotel full of germans, Staff favour the germans & make u feel unwelcome. Entertainment manager (the old baldy one) completely blanked us the whole time we wer ther, hes rude & so unfriendly he shouldnt be in the job, weve been coming to turkey for 40yrs & hes the worst weve encountered. The rest of the entertainment staff wer ok & the girl from morocco was the best so kind & friendly. Food wasnt tht great some nights we wer turned away & asked to come back later as dining room full this was addressed to us ourside dining room by guest relations Mrs Tuna who spoke in german & we couldnt understand a word she said, the man at photo stand told us wat was said. Mrs tuna so rude when we challenged her & made It obvious we wernt liked as we wer ENGLISH. Avoid rhis hotel if ur English, jet2 need to pull this hotel from its program as English not wanted here & made to feel so uncomfortable & ignored. There r better hotels in side who value English people as customers

Excellent hotel & facilities, helpful staff, very clean, room cleaned every day, we missed out on extending our room which was disappointing but the bye bye lounge was really good and did the job, food on the main site very good, pools were spot on and the beach bar and the private beach were excellent along with the food, night time entertainment wasnt the best in my opinion but would definitely recommend this hotel
