We have now spent 10 beautiful days at the Bella Resort. Altogether we came with 3 families or 8 adults. We travel regularly to Turkey and are generally satisfied with the hotel. In contrast to other hotels we have stayed in, the complex is a bit smaller but really, really clean and well-kept. Shortcoming: The elevators run quite quickly, but it takes quite a long time until you can get on an elevator. And that although we had the feeling that the hotel was not fully occupied. In principle, we tend to climb stairs if you don't have your room on the 5th floor, but the main spiral staircase was really dangerous in our opinion. If you don't go all the way outside, the steps are built quite narrow, so you have to wait when another guest comes towards you. Rooms: our room faced the street and was perfectly fine. There were "real duvets" (we traveled in April) and water, sparkling water, Turkish Fanta and Pepsi in the minibar every day. In addition, of course, instant coffee and tea for brewing, as usual. The balcony is quite small. But the shower is quite large. However, the water pressure could be a bit more and the bathroom often smells very strange, which I have read from several guests. The kettle could use some decalcification and the hair dryer sounds like it's about to explode. Overall, you can't complain about the room. Room cleaning: The cleaning usually takes place very quickly after leaving the room and the lady is very, very friendly and careful. Overall, you can really say that about the entire staff. Especially when eating, the dishes are cleared away immediately if you put the cutlery down and ask for a new drink after you've finished drinking. Really very accommodating the staff. Pool: Unfortunately there is only one large pool and a children's pool with a mini slide. There are also 2 slides for the larger guests. The entire program takes place at this one pool. There is no quiet pool. There are enough loungers! Even around noon (we were 8 people). However, the hotel is located to the west of the pool, so there are plenty of shady spots in the late afternoon. Bars: The bars were open from 10 a.m. and also had very nice and courteous staff. There was standard draft beer, wine, Pepsi, Turkish Fanta, Sprite and soda from the machines. Bottled water was available before 10 from the fridge in front of the bar. You had to take care of the disposal of the dishes by the pool yourself for the most part. But we take that for granted... Snack bar on the beach: The hotel is right on the beach, so you can walk from the pool to the beach bar in 2 minutes. At lunchtime there was a small selection of salads, Kumpir (we don't know that from other vacations), pizza, chicken wings
