Vonresort Golden Beach & Aqua - Kids Concept-Ultra All Inclusive

We had a wonderful 12 days at the Vonresort Golden Beach. We felt very welcomed and the staff are very nice and friendly. We sent an e-mail to our travel agency requesting a room near the aqua park and the restaurant area. We also requested a room in the ground floor with inside garden patio. They gave us a room not so near the aqua park, which was good because it was loud with music, during the day. They assigned us a family room in a very good location, near everything: the restaurant, the aqua park, the pools, in the ground floor, with a inside garden patio. We were very happy with our room location. The air conditionning works fantastically in the 2 rooms, very cool and quiet. We could not hear a thing. It was great coming from the heat outside and be able to rest in a nice cool room. We missed however, another television set in the other room. My husband likes to watch football in the evenings and he had to sit in a small hard chair for hours. A small armchair in the rooms would be nice and more comfortable. Our family room was cleaned daily, the beds were made and towels were changed also daily. The drinks boy was very nice and gave us more juice drinks and beer at our request.  We had a wonderful, kind and friendly waiteress called Asli, in the evenings. She always remembered us and knew our drinks, always coming to ask if we needed anything. She treated us like family and we grew very found of her. The staff are very kind, attentive and friendly. At breakfast, the lady who does the fresh omelettes in front of you was so nice. She recognised me one day in the street and she was so friendly. We felt so welcomed and it makes one holiday very pleasant and one wants to return. We loved the place. There is so much options for food at different times. The fresh made Pizzas was a highlight, so delicious. There were lovely ice cream cones. What a shame that we only discovered the Beach Restaurant Radikha (open 12:30 to 17:00 pm) in the last 4 days. We did not need to rush from the beach to the main restaurant for lunch.  The sand at the beach is soft and fine and there are always plent of sunbeds available an the beach. They have 3 different big pools spread in different locations plus the beach, which can be reach by a shuttle that runs all the time, until 17:45 PM. That makes one not to feel to crowed, because people are spread in differents areas. We did not reserve sunbeads und could always find something. I did not enjoy much the activity pool. It was too hot, there not enough parasols for the sun longers, and the pool was too deep, at 1.50M. We used more the aqua park, the quiet pool and went to the beach. The aqua park had a very nice covered shadded aerea.  The 3 negative points were:  1) The pools were at 1.50M deep. I am a 1.50M lady who can not swimm. Only in the  aqua park they have a small section with 1.20M, which was always very busy. The quiet pool is very nice and big. That would be nice if they had a shallow aerea in the quie

I've not been here yet we are going with family (10 of us) in August 2025 and I've been trying to reach vonresort beach hotel via email and phone for many weeks to see if me and my family could be put in rooms close to each other and I've not heard a thing back and after reading other reviews about rudeness of staff etc I'm thinking maybe we should change hotel as this isn't giving me great impressions.

l have just returned from this hotel and I can confidently say it’s one of the friendliest places I’ve ever visited. The staff were incredibly welcoming and spoke multiple languages, including English, German, and Turkish, which made communication easy. From the waiters, bar staff, cleaners, security, drivers to the gardeners and reception team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. A special shout-out to the animation team and trainers, particularly Zeus, who was a hit with my teens! They excelled in creating an inclusive atmosphere and were easily the best animation team we’ve encountered in our travels. The bar staff, especially Hazim from the activity bar, were fantastic and always ready to serve with a smile. The hotel itself was clean, with well-maintained flowerbeds, with numerous pools, bars, and activities available, there was never a dull moment. The beach shuttle bus was a great perk, and the restaurant catered to all tastes, we even had a complimentary minibar that was restocked daily in our room. The beach area was lovely, with plenty of shaded spots and ample lounge chairs. We never had trouble finding a spot by the pool, and the daily towel change was a nice touch. The Pavilion was perfect for soaking up the morning sun with direct access to the sea. Guest relations were proactive in checking in with us to ensure we had everything we needed, which was greatly appreciated. The only downsides were that the evening entertainment organised by a third party didn’t quite match our taste, and the bedrooms could benefit from some modernisation. However, these minor things didn’t detract from our overall experience. We had such a fantastic time that I can’t wait to return!

With all honesty i dont like the resort the rooms are very old and not so clean the sheets were stained the pillows are flat and uncomfortable they need to do renovations , and its the first hotel that i’ve been to that doesn’t have an iron in the room and charge u by hour for it, and for the food also its not so great there’s variety of options but i found a bug’s leg in the french fries only the breakfast was good and there’s no near restaurant so i was hungry all day, and also the Wi-fi doesn’t work. as for the pool and beach its huge and nice the outdoor was pretty unlike the rooms And for the staff they are lovely accept for the lady in the public relation has a very bad attitude and was threatening me to call security on me when i was mad cause we got scammed by travel agency in their lobby. We wanted to go to multiple places in antalya which is an hour away we were gonna book a car from booking but this guy in the lobby mehmetcan said their cheeper and better service and we agreed and paid on having a driver all day to take us everywhere but unfortunately he left us and then he denied our agreement and was unprofessional + there wasn’t AC in the car , i dont how a big resort like this let “agencies” scam their guests and then they say thats not our responsibility when they let them stay in their lobby Overall i would never come back its not worth the money and i don’t recommend this resort if ur looking for luxury stay with good services.

I’m staying in Vonressort Golden Coast, Checked in late last night (15th June) air con did not work in the room, called reception & someone came out at 3am, he didn’t speak English but was trying to tell me it worked then said he’d come back tomorrow and fix it so it’s 3am and the room is currently 30 degrees (Staying with wife and 2 kids). I can’t comment on anything else so far but that is bad enough.
