On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything!
Big plus + Building nearby the beach with two swimming pool indoor & outdoor.
+Mini club and disco open for kids everyday.
- this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it...
- noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!

Disappointing stay at this resort.
I and my family recently suffered a lot. They literally cheated us by giving us corner room and the room wasn’t the same as we booked. It was totally a different room. We requested them couple of times. They ignored our request and were banging all the time by saying their rooms are fully booked.
Thanks to trip.com who were there for us all the time.
Trip.com went beyond their noms to help us out.

Very nice, I came for the second time. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the cleaning is sufficient, the staff is friendly and helpful in every way, the Turkish bath, sauna and pools are perfect, I would like to come again. See you again on other holidays, THANKS KAMELYA SELIN
