Absolutely no. They don't speak english for once, we been told that the hotel is for turkish and germans, and they come from 20 years, their behaviour towards people that speaks english was terrible. We had food poisoning unfortunately, we had to buy from pharmacy medicines, drinks disgusting. The shows not so great. Beach is 10 min walk at least . NOT BEACH FRONT .Never been able to get a sun lounge, people would throw one towel on 3 chairs and never show up or at least till 3pm . Absolutely terrible service. Room wasn’t properly clean and very small for 4 people. We had a terrible stay (10days) (14ppl) . I would not recommend this place.

Really nice hotel. I wasn't expecting it to be so clean, but everything was really nice and beautiful. Loved the food, there was no moment to be bored, the animation team did a lot! They really did everything to make you feel good. Also in the evening there was a programm every night.

We had a very nice family vacation at Grand Șeker hotel. The rooms are indeed small and the balcony for one of the triple rooms we had was very small, but the other double room had a big terrace as it was located on the last floor. It got a bit warm that room as the weather got hotter but all in all we were ok with the rooms. Everything was functional and the cleaning was done regularly and the air conditioning was working so the fact they were small did not bother us. We liked the food, it was diverse enough for us, with a lot of fresh herbs and vegetables. There was fish everyday either grilled or baked in the oven. On fish night we had an extremwly delicious fish in salt...absolute delight. Turkish night was also great with lamb..for the ones in my family eating lamb ;) Too us it was too much food really. I wish people would visit Turkey less for eating all day and more for enjoying the sights. Anyway, the hotel is 7 min walk from the beach. We also liked this as we had the chance to walk a bit and not just lay all day. The Turtle bridge is about 200 m away from the hotel's beach and you can actually see the turtles in the morning, at least. We visited Side Acient City by taxi. It was very convenient for us 5 to pay 15 eur each way and visit the Roman ruins at our own pace. The sea was clean and clear and very warm. I must say some of the staff was really friendly and helpful. I want just to give a nod here to Omer from reception, the lady who was baking the flatbreads on the beach (gozleme -do try them out they are delicious) and one male employee on the beach who was actively cleaning everything there in extreme heat. I do not know his name but I wanted to say thank you and to the entire staff and hotel thank you for a great holiday.

this hotel? never again, it was terrible, the staff were unfriendly, they gave us a room without a window and without a balcony, meter by meter, when we complained, they told us that they didn't have another one, it was not a room for guests but for the staff, the food was the same every day, only dyes were ordered different otherwise the same, the blanket in the room smelly as if it had never been washed, we got an infection diarrhea vomiting, nothing for the children. ! only toboggans, no kids club! I go on vacation 4 times a year but this one was the worst and it should be 5 stars and for what? the hotel was old, the food was not good, the rooms were dirty, and only Germans and Turkish , if you are from Great Britain, they look at you like a murderer. ! hostile people they gave us dirty towels

A big NO for this hotel. where should I start? No one speaks english or spanish. Its only german or turkish. Quite rude and unfriendly staff, All inclusive big No big Lie- only 4 cocktails and those with either tequila or vodka terible, at dinner only wine or beer draft-horible taste. And food poisoning. We beed sick for 10 days, 14 people- kids and adults included. Its NOT Beach Front, walk 10 min to the beach. Not very clean rooms. And so more… definitely don’t chose this…

Superb 5* hotel. Great selection of food everyday, fantastic pool with plenty of sunbeds, good kids room/playground. Entertainment was good, and room was comfortable. side note: the local area/hotel is mainly geared towards germans as the majority of guests appeared to be german . Didn't bother us at all, except for when going to the entertainment in the evenings and it was all in german so was difficult for our kids to engage and interact. Outside of that we would definitely return

Overall it is a nice, budget-friendly hotel, but some things could be improved. Food is hit and miss, too many stews, and not much choice from the grill - every day it was just one type of grilled meat (lamb, chicken etc) and one type of grilled fish. Usually Turkish hotels have shish, köfte etc available for every dinner. No card with coctails, you can only order spirit + cola, fanta etc but the bartenders are very nice, especially lobby bar ones. There is a "coctail of the week" but it is very sugary. Rooms are very nice, cleaned every day. Swimming pools and outdoor areas are very well-kept and clean as well. Entertainment team is friendly, especially Halil, and the girls - Meliha, Fatma and Sila. Evening entertainment is good, surprisingly Turkish night show was the weakest of all - girls who performed looked a bit bored, some of the performers didn't have matching clothes (which is a bare minimum for a dance team I would think). I think the entertainment is the strongest point of this hotel. To sum up, it is a very welcoming place and if you do not need to be spoiled for choice you will enjoy your time there.

The hotel is nice. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are to a good standard. The food is awful. it’s the same thing everyday same lunch and same dinner. The food quality is poor. They serve food left over from lunch to dinner by just refrying the chicken. The staff have stolen euros from our room. The floor was never cleaned in the room. They didn’t make the beds just laughed and giggled outside the room for ages. I would not recommend to any British people. It is fully German. Germans are extremely rude.
