Bad service. I paid a certain amount for a certain type of room. When I got to the hotel they didn't have the room read. I had to wait 30 minutes for it. Not only that I realized that i was not giving the room that I booked. I spoke to the front desk and was told that this was the room I had booked. I know that wasn't true, but I let it slide. I am traveling from the US to Colima, Mexico for medical treatment. I had family coming to see me and the front desk told them they weren't out loud to go to my room. If they did, they will be charged $216. If you want to book a room at this hotel, make sure no one comes to visit because they will charge you $216 per person. I was there for 5 days and in those 5 days that I was there there was not a time when room service came in to clean the room. this is one of the worst hotels i have stayed
