From a warm welcome and cup of tea on arrival, to a comfortable bed and relaxed and peaceful environment, my stay at Tigh na Mara was the perfect base for my first visit to Coll. Paula’s friendly and open nature is infectious, creating an atmosphere where guests chat together as they eat breakfast or have drinks on the balcony. The option of having a packed lunch for day trips was the perfect addition as a solo traveller with no need for big shop purchases. Breakfast was also a highlight; I was sad to not have been there long enough to try the full menu!

Very friendly welcome, good location, lovely breakfast! We were there as part of an event on the island and it was ideal for us. Loved it! Comfortable bed and room. If the weather had been a little calmer we would have enjoyed sitting outside in the lovely garden.

The room was very clean and comfortable with an excellent hot shower. Staff were very lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Stunning views out over the sea, really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend this bnb when staying on the Isle of Coll

A wonderful stay of 1 week in this B&B. Ideally situated for the fishing harbour (we had to take the boat every day), better located than the Hotel of Call. The breakfast are not only excellent but a piece of Scotish art. You must take your time to enjoy. Extremely clean and well decorated . Your host Paola is aslo of great help (information, renting bikes, drying your clothes..... She has the best offer of the Island. Some rooms are a bit small though.....

I booked the 'Wee House' as a sole traveller with my car, carrying supplies for self-catering. I was so surprised at the amount of goodies in the welcome basket: it was full and comprehensive and included a slab of homemade cake that lasted me the entire week. Paula was the most gratious, cheery and accommodating hostess. When I asked for assistance I received immediate and helpful responses. The Wee House was perfect and lacked for nothing. Perfectly placed for island activities. The guest house facilites were available to use if I'd wanted. Even the sheep were well behaved and happy to have a conversation. Upon relfection, I could suggest a down filled pillow as an option as opposed to less maliable ones... but I always carry my own to sort my needy neck. All in all a fabulous stay! Loved it.

Absolutely wonderful, can't praise Paula and the team enough. Beautiful house, stunning views, very welcoming, homely, really comfortable and clean, best nights sleep, beautiful breakfast. The friendly positive energy of the staff and the surroundings has such a positive affect on all the guests, enhancing our visit to Coll. THANK YOU TO ALL AT TIGH NA MARA for the best service ever. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL.

This was my first time staying at the guest house. I was very impressed with the high standard of cleanliness and organisation. The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, with an extensive menu. Helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Fantastic staff and accommodation! Beautifully home with stunning views. Breakfast was absolutely incredible! Wish I could have stayed for longer! Paula and the staff couldn't be more accommodating and full of laughs! I would definitely come back!

Staying with Paula and her awesome crew is an experience to treasure for a long time. The bed is very good for a great and comfortable night sleep, everywhere is clean and tidy. The food is amazing with lingering taste. The view from my room is spectacularly beautiful with great dawn delight.
