Experience maravillosa para disfrutar de la fantastica sierra de Madrid, perfecto para ir con tu mascota, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y desconectar. La calidad humana del equipo es de lo mejor con que os vais a cruzar y el entorno invita de inmediato a sumergirte en una ruta por las maravillosas montañas de la sierra de Guadarrama.

Es un lugar muy acogedor ,es como estar en tu casa , amueblado completo , calefacción en estos tiempos se agradece , aire acondicionado frío y calor por si hace falta , inmerso en un pueblo con todo los servicios básicos y cerca de la montaña en plena naturaleza de Madrid ,estoy muy agradecido de la atención recibida,volveré seguro !

Es un sitio con posibilidades pero mal gestionado. Los apartamentos están bien de tamaño y son cómodos para estar dos o tres días. El mantenimiento es justito, muchas cosas rotas por el uso o desgastadas. Decoración ecléctica, muchos trastos inservibles que se llenan de polvo. La zona infantil está muy bien, es una buena idea para ir con niños y que estén jugando, aunque lo mismo, falta mantenimiento. La limpieza justita, zonas donde no se ha pasado un trapo, mírese la foto donde hay hasta una mano en el armario y chorretones de algo... La recepción bien, amable y cercana, aunque a toda costa vendiendo la aplicación gratuita para que te la descargues. PD: El pueblo es bastante feillo, no hay nada y está sucisimo de escrementos de perro, no había visto nada tan dejado desde hace tiempo.

doy solo 5 estrellas de puntuación por que no se puede dar mas, pero se merecen diez + Mi hermana y mi cuñado se hospedan actualmente en Colla-Rubio, tuvieron una urgencia y buscaban un sitio para alojarse, en principio alquilaron un apartamento a traves de Airbnb hace diez dias, Airbnb les hicieron la vida imposible, habían pagado y mucho, vamos unos sinvergüenzas, aprovecho para aconsejar que no se utilice la plataforma de Airbnb, son unos ladrones, mi hermana buscaba desesperadamente un apartamento y llamo a Colla-Rubio e tuvieron la gran suerte de dar con una recepcionista amable, profesional e hizo lo imposible por ayudarlos. El apartamento es limpio, acogedor y ademas pueden estar con ellos sus perritos y gatito, mi hermana y cuñado están muy contentos con el apartamento y se encuentran como en casa. Lo recomiendo 200% !! Muchas gracias Colla-Rubio por ser tan amable, profesional y por tener personal de primera clase y por hacer de lo imposible, posible !!
