The room was comfortable and very nice. My only complaint is for the shuttle service. I arrived in the morning. Called for the shuttle 3 times. I waited for one hour and a half at the pick up area at the airport. After being tired of waiting for the shuttle I had to take a uber to the hotel.

Booked via day use, once i realized i was paying $100 the desk person who checked me said she could move the window, cuz i wasn’t paying $100 for an hour and a half. They sent security to my room anyhow and when i said what the previous desk person said they essentially said they couldn’t do anything about it and that no refund would be given. No attempt to check in with what was a personnel issue. Just told me I’d get no refund for the $100 i paid for an hour and a half of sleep. They sent security up.
