Absolutely beautiful hotel, in an amazing location with super-friendly and helpful staff. Would go back tomorrow! Room was lovely, spacious, very nicely decorated and smelt divine! We had a room with a balcony with an awe-inspiring view over the treetops! We had our dog with us and it was the most dog friendly experience we had throughout our 3 week trip through Europe. She was allowed to sit with us in the dog friendly area of the restaurant and also on the sun terrace when weather permitted. Could not recommend this hotel enough, we loved it and were so sad to leave. 3 nights wasn’t enough! The bus stop to get to tiers rosengarten, alpe di suisi and Lago carezza was opposite the hotel entrance which was handy. We were half board and both dinner and breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay!
