There’s no back up plan if they have emergency power interruption no generator ow my gad whole night there’s no electricity we did not enjoy the stay even the breakfast they should put effort no there’s nothing to eat 🤨🤨

The breakfast was good! The breakfast had several options and was very filling. I was an actually buffet; there was pancakes, eggs, cereal, sausages, home fries, tea, coffee, juice. Overall great experience.

The room is generally very poorly soundproofed. The sound of the curtains in the next room being drawn is also very loud at night. The heater is a separate machine. When it is turned on, it is like a fighter jet. It is unbearable and can only be turned off. Because it is the tourist season, the room must be checked out before 11 am. I discussed with the hotel and hoped to delay the time. As a result, only one of the two rooms can be delayed until 12 o'clock, and the other room must be checked out on time. It is a very bad accommodation experience, Holiday Inn, haha, it is probably the last time I stay in such a hotel

The room was very clean, especially the bed and mattress were super comfortable. The hotel is not big, but the service is very good, the facilities are complete, small and beautiful. I was worried about the Holiday Inn because I booked Marriott in Toronto a few days ago, but it is much better than Marriott. I couldn't sleep well in Marriott for three days because the bed was too soft and uncomfortable. The water in the shower is also quite big, and it feels like home and very warm. I highly recommend it
