The hotel is just opposite the train station. The front desk service is very good. After checking in, they immediately gave us a tourist map of Colmar and drew a circle for the route map. On the day we arrived, we walked from the hotel to the center, which was not far, so we just followed the circled map. We spent three nights in this hotel, staying in a ground floor room. The room was comfortable and very well presented and the bathroom was a good size and well appointed. There are a limited number of on-site parking spaces - most of the parking is in an underground carpark just across the street. It's a bit more expensive to park on site but we went for that option and we thought it was well worth it. The breakfasts are good with a nice range of choices. The only snag is that the area where breakfast is served is quite small, certainly in relation to the number of rooms, and we found it was very crowded at busy times. The staff are helpful and the hotel is very conveniently situated for the centre of Colmar. We'd stay there again.

This is a very good house. It is an old house. It used to be the local mayor. There are 105 people on it! 🥰 It is now one of the must-see attractions in Colmar! Everyone must pass by to watch the show! And it is a Michelin-starred restaurant! There are years of history and culture, and the service is very good. On the day of the check-in, we received the door to the front desk, explained the project, and sent the cake! The video was taken in the morning to open the window! Feel the experience of fried chicken sticks! The location is not far from the entrance to the Old Town of Colmar!

Amazing!!!!!! Exceptional services!!! Room is clean and comfy. Highly recommend this hotel !!!! All staff are very kind and helpful. I think this is one of the best hotel around the area. We don’t have time to enjoy the gym and swimming pool, but the environment are great too!!
