We had a wonderful experience at Novotel Suites. The room was modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Colmar, as the old town is just a short and pleasant walk away. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. A great choice for a visit to Colmar!

Not too far away from the Colmar train station, 15 mins walk is ok.
Breakfast starts at 6 am, which is really good and appreciated..I was able to catch the early morning train after a nice breakfast at the hotel, great 👍
During my check-in, when I politely ask for any power adaptor that I can loan, the receptionist was not very willing to look for anything. She told me to come back later and request. A bad first impression on the courtesy from the hotel staff.

Really pleasant stay at Novotel Colmar, clean, great service, very nice breakfast, very attentive attitude towards kids and babies, they even get a gift from a hotel on arrival. Recommended. Executive room is a great choice for families

有自己的停車場可以停到離店位置，注意停車場在check in附近的閘門裡，是單行線，不要開過了兜一圈。去科爾馬比較方便。

Very close to the downtown, really clean, and excellent service; we were told that parking was full, thus, we had to do a street parking. We had a false alarm on our car 3am. It would be better if there is a way to reserve a parking spot through Trip.com more conveniently.
