HORRIBLE My stay was absolutely horrible. We arrived and he could not find my booking. Than we were confronted with bed bugs. Asked to change the room and we did and that room had bed bugs. It was too late to change hotels. They were people hanging around and being loud at all hours of the night.

Hotel Review: Unfortunately, I must advise against staying at this hotel. The security deficiencies began with a broken lock on the room door, which caused an unsettling feeling. The hygiene was severely lacking; dirty bed linen, as well as floors and walls, were not only unsightly but also unhygienic. The toilet was also dirty, and there was a lack of soap in the shower. To make matters worse, it was noisy at night, making restful sleep impossible. The overall sense of security was non-existent, which is especially unacceptable for children and families. In my opinion, the hotel is not just in need of renovation but should rather be replaced with a new building, as the current conditions are no longer bearable. Untrained, unskilled staff. They have no understanding of hotel management. Personnel non formé, non qualifié. Ils ne comprennent rien à la gestion hôtelière.
