The hotel is located in the center of the town. The whole town is a bit historical and has a fairy-tale atmosphere. The buildings are relatively old. The interior walls of the hotel have been renovated, but it is difficult to hide some traces of time. The rooms are relatively large and the breakfast is average.
There is one thing I cannot accept, the price is quite expensive. We went to many places during the trip, but this place was exceptionally expensive. Is it because of the Chinese restaurant?

Wonderful hotel! The staff were so helpful and so accommodating. We got upgraded to a lovely room. Nice pool and sauna! Great location, quiet road but quick walk to all the fun! Easy public parking garage not too far either. 10/10 would stay here again!

The Staff at the Rapp Hotel were first class, very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to come back to the hotel, after long walks, to enjoy the pool. The breakfast was plentiful with various choices. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is a small walk from the centre where you will find pretty streets and old buildings. All the Team of the Rapp hotel made our stay a pleasure. Thank you to Elan, Malika, Camille, Alexandra, Matilde (Apologies for spelling errors and missing names). We will return. Peter & Christiane

A lovely hotel very close to the town centre attractions. Reception staff were all friendly and helpful and recognised us as we passed through. The room we had was very peaceful despite being in the centre of town and cool with air conditioning. After a hot day out we really appreciated relaxing in the calm swimming pool and spa area

The location of the hotel is the best! It is next to a park, next to a parking garage, in the old town! You can walk everywhere! The room was pretty good, and we were upgraded! The staff was so helpful, kind and always smiling! I would stay there again!

Pas de toilettes séparées, pas de douche (juste une baignoire). Pas de mini bar Un sachet d’infusion pour 2 personnes, une tasse à thé et une à café pour 2. La sauna qui ne fonctionne pas. En positif, un emplacement central et un petit dejeuner copieux et varié. Pas les prestations d’un 4 étoiles mais le tarif !

Le souci du détail et le sens de la perfection qui caractérisent les hôtels 4 étoiles se sont évaporés dans cet établissement. On peut citer, entre autres misères, le liner de la piscine qui se décolle, les peintures défraîchies, les points de rouille sur la passerelle de la piscine, les gaines électriques apparentes, un gobelet en plastique qui traîne dans la fontaine de la cour, qui ne doit plus fonctionner depuis des lustres. Les chambres méritent une très sérieuse rénovation depuis 1982, et la Direction une session de formation sur l’hôtellerie à la française. Au total, mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Un plus, le personnel très aimable.

Séjour d’une nuit dans cet hôtel. Je le recommande, avec son espace piscine très bien. Idéalement situé dans le centre ville de Colmar à côté de tout. Dispose d’un parking tout près. Le petit déjeuner est correct pour cet établissement Le personnel est très sympathique également
