Self-service check-in, a little troublesome!
Small space!
Very convenient for eating! Many dining options around!
Very close to the train station and Cologne Cathedral!

No services/facilities
The hotel is only one star. There is no elevator and the room booked is wrong.
Ctrip marked it as 3 stars and deceived customers. I left as soon as I arrived and couldn’t stay at all. I had to stay in other hotels. The Marriott I stayed at that night was cheaper than this hotel. It cost more than 3,000 online.
Request a refund from Ctrip
So far, Ctrip has not responded. It only said that it was communicating with the hotel.
Book a hotel at a low price, deceive customers and sell the hotel with a one-star rating but a three-star rating. The unscrupulous businessman will block you for life!
