Very convenient location, friendly service from the front desk staff, simple and fast check-in and check-out process, the room is bigger than expected, but the bathroom is not very clean, there is no elevator, anyway, the price is not expensive ~

This hotel has no elevator, and the waiter arranged for our family of four to stay on the third floor, yes, the fourth floor in China. I was exhausted after carrying the heavy luggage to the third floor with my two children. People with good physical strength can try it.
Another thing to note is that there are two hotels of this chain next to the Cologne train station. Be sure to ask the driver to find you according to the location, not the name, because the other hotel is closer to the train station.
