I would like to share my experience during my stay at the hotel on April 7, 2024. I am sorry to say that it was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have ever experienced. First of all, I was surprised and annoyed that I was told by Mr. **** upon check-in that I had to pay my bill IMMEDIATELY IN CASH because the amount was less than €150. I have never experienced having to pay CASH in a hotel, especially if you have deposited a credit card as a guarantee. I cannot understand why the deposited credit card cannot simply be used to make a binding reservation AND payment. There was also no proper invoice stating that I paid in CASH. I have never experienced anything so dubious before. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, there was simply no response. There were also problems at breakfast. Although I had explicitly requested breakfast when booking and this was also written in black and white in my booking confirmation, the receptionist did not believe me and asked me to pay the amount again. Only when I had to find the confirmation email again and show it to her did she believe me - albeit reluctantly. The incompetence and unfriendliness of the staff was clearly noticeable and significantly affected my stay. I hope that my criticism will be received constructively and measures will be taken to avoid such problems in the future. As a paying guest, I expect appropriate service and a smooth transaction. However, I would also like to make it very clear that this is the last time I will be a guest at this hotel. With disappointed regards

The hotel is extremely noisy at night, the doors of the adjacent rooms open and close with a bang, voices of conversation were heard all night long, we could not sleep, the doors were creaking, and on top of that, I bought 5 hair dyes from Cologne, the suitcases were open when we went for a walk at noon, the cleaner took one of the dye, and when we came to Turkey, the dye was removed. I noticed that one of them was missing. If your money or anything is in your bag or suitcase, be very careful, I did not notice it, I do not recommend it.

Das man zwar mit einer Kreditkarte reservieren kann, aber damit nur ab €200 Ausgaben bezahlen kann und dieses einem erst nach der getätigten Reservierung per Email mitgeteilt wird ist auch dubiös und eine Angelegenheit für das Finanzamt. Das Zimmer selbst war angenehm, obwohl der Fernseher eine minimale Programmauswahl die nicht einmal ARD beinhaltete anbot. Das Zimmer mit Balkon bescherte uns mit einer Wespenplage; der Balkon, der für uns zum Rauchen gedacht war, konnte somit nur nach Dunkelheit benutzt werden um einen potenziellen Stich zu vermeiden. Von der Abwesenheit einer Klimaanlage bis zu den befleckten Teppichen im Zimmer und auf dem Flur bis zu Bildern mit kaputtem Glas in den Korridoren und Personal das echt unglaublich unhöflich war, sollten sich die Betreiber dieser zur Zeit minderwertigen Absteige ihre Tätigkeit im Gastgewerbe noch einmal gründlich überlegen, da sie mit der jetzigen Einstellung auf dem schnellsten Weg sind, die sprichwörtliche Karre an die Wand zu fahren. Ich wünsche mir, dass ich ohne lügen zu müssen diesem Betrieb alles Gute wünschen könnte, aber allein die schnauzige "Begrüssung" der Kuh am Empfang veranlasst mich dazu diesem Betrieb den baldigen Konkurs zu wünschen.

Die Küchenfee nett und aufmerksam. Wird zügig abgeräumt und aufgefüllt. Die Reinigungsfee super.Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden regelmäßig gewechselt. Kaffeetasse wird mitgenommen. Kleenexbox und sogar ein Kühlschrank,Wasserkocher und lösliche Kaffeeportionen.Top!!! Neues Bad und gute Matratzen. Großes Zimmer und großer Balkon Einziger Nachteil:Die Badezimmertür kann man nicht schließrn,weil der Boden neu und höher ist.

Wir haben ein Raucherzimmer bekommen. Angeblich war das Hotel ausgebucht, sodass uns kein anderes Zimmer angeboten werden konnte. Haben uns mit Textilerfrischer und Raumduft aus dem nahegelegenen DM beholfen. Doch sogar die Bettwäsche hat nach kaltem Rauch gestunken!!!! Die Klospülung plätschert die ganze Nacht, Badtür ließ sich nicht schließen und sprang wieder auf. Außerdem der viel besagte Straßenlärm…
