Five-star praise for Ctrip, because the flight ticket was changed and I had to refund one night, the hotel only refunded 10%, and Ctrip refunded the rest. As for the hotel, except that it is a bit rigid in this aspect and the breakfast is not very good, I am very satisfied with other aspects. Very average, the location is okay, in the surrounding residential area, several community supermarkets are convenient for shopping, and it is a short walk from the train station. It's too close to take a taxi. The bathroom is very smelly from time to time. The front desk is not 24 hours. There is no kettle in the room, and the waiter sent it dirty. The average house price of 1,000 doesn't feel worth it

Great hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. A short walk from the river and an even shorter walk to the nearest tram stop. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The en-suite was clean and modern. Good shower. Would certainly consider staying here again next time I am in Cologne.

Ruhig, zentral gelegeneres Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sauber. Das Haus müsste aber dringend renoviert werden, gerade im Badezimmer wird dieses sichtbar. Das Frühstück ist eher unterer Durchschnitt.
