Simple hotel adjacent to main shopping area, 1 min walk from metro transport. 10 min walk from The Dome and Hauptbanhoff and the main tourist attractions. No frills, basic, simple, clean room, with basic toiletries provided, a lift available until 10pm (see notes) decent continental buffet breakfast, luggage storage available. Friendly helpful staff. Notes: Check in closes at 10pm, with no night staff so get there before 10pm, access after this time is by key card only and lift only available from 1st floor.. Hotel is on quiet streets and overlooking a square so some general noise from drinkers in the early evening and busy at lunchtime. Signage for hotel is minimal, it's a quirky building surrounded by private housing, so look out on the glass doors for the turquoise Centro logo, if you find the ”night entrance door” walk round the corner to get to the main entrance again only denoted by a discrete sign on the door. Bring a travel kettle and mug if you want a decent cup of tea, the breakfast hot water/coffee maker was broken during my visit! (And they're not provided in rooms). Room served me well for 3 nights. Great location for seeing Cologne.

It's close to the station and very convenient. The room is very small, but since we only had backpacks and not suitcases, it wasn't a problem. It might be difficult if you had a suitcase. The room is clean. There is no air conditioning.

It was close to the station, the interior was nice, and the staff were polite. However, it seemed like the cleaning was slow. I'm not sure if it was because it was busy the day I stayed, but when I returned to the hotel after 4:30 pm, I was told that my room had not been cleaned yet. The next day, my room had been cleaned, but it seemed like the other rooms had not. I was only there for two nights so I wasn't particular about cleaning, so it didn't bother me, but I was surprised because this hasn't happened when I've stayed at other hotels. I was also bothered by the fact that the towels were dirty.

It was a short but sweet and very comfortable stay. Reception was very welcoming, nice and Accommodating. Clean, safe and a stone away from the Cologne Cathedral and Christmas Market. We were able to enjoy our time but will Definitely come back again with more days to stay in Cologne. Highly recommend and appreciate Accommodating us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

close to train station. however I did have a bit of difficulty finding a path to the hotel from the station. Google maps was showing me different directions - the problem is that the station is parallel to the dom and to get to the road level, you have to do down and not up the stairs to the dom. I did not use the facilities or the food. I did appreciate that they had water in the room and fruits at the reception area. They also had left luggage at no charge.

Gute Lage im Shopping-Distrikt der Innenstadt. 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof. 5 Gehminuten zum Dom oder zum Rhein. Zuvorkommrnde, freundliche Angestellte. ZIMMER, Rezeption und Restaurant frisch modernisiert. Ansprechendes Design. Ausstattung aber eher Basic. Kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Altmodische Tür mit Schlüssel. Das Zimmer insgesamt sehr klein. Das Bett mit guter Schlafqualität. Das Frühstück ansprechend präsentiert. Höhepunkt: Die frischen Waffeln.

Super breakfast! But I would have appreciated better amenities in the room, there was no conditioner available (also not upon inquiry). Minibar was empty, and touch pad didn’t work. Service and friendliness was outstanding though, I would come back anytime.

Very wonderful hotel with individual character. Our room was wonderful and tastefully furnished. All rooms have a theme of our theme “Home” The service was nice and friendly The location is central in Cologne and yet quiet. What you want more. Ideal suitable for City Tours. Unfortunately, the reception is located in 1.Stock for construction reasons. Breakfast is not available in the hotel. You need to fit yourself accordingly. Come back

Quietly, conveniently and serenely stayed at this hotel for the past 6 days. Good to recommend this hotel as a priority choice especially for cologne travellers who preferable to stay away from bustling areas. An enjoyable back and forth daily walk from hotel to train station whereby some good restaurants are the best solutions of our hungers. Highly recommended to stay and definitely will stay again in the future. Thank you..

I arrived in Köln at 12pm from 14 hours bus journey, they let me do early check in. My single room can only be access by stairs, the receptionist saw me with heavy luggage so he change my room that can be access with lift which is double room. I paid for single but got double instead. Im very very happy with the hospitality given by the hotel, specifically by the young black hair guy (I wish I know his name) that helps me a lot knowing that this is my first time in Europe. *************, I’m very grateful. The hotel is nearby Cologne Hbf, less than 5 minutes walk. The room & bathroom are clean & comfortable. Very recommend to stay here, staff are all so kind & helpful.
