Ibis properties in Cologne

we need to be near the center of Koln.there were two kind of staffs in the hotel office.very nice men and girls working there.nice experience

This Ibis maintains the style and certain accommodation quality of the chain business hotels. 1. The location is very close to the exhibition hall, but because we stayed there for 4 consecutive nights and walked to and from the city center of Cologne Cathedral every day, we later felt that it was a bit far from the areas where tourists often go shopping and sightseeing. Friends who come here for ”pure tourism” are recommended to give priority to Ibis near Cologne Cathedral. 2. There is no bottled water, kettle, coffee bags, etc. provided in the room, but the front desk said that the water from the bathroom tap is drinkable. 3. There is a restaurant on the first floor. The food is delicious but you have to pay to eat. 4. There is no fixed cleaning time in the morning or afternoon, which sometimes affects our travel schedule.

We had a room with a view of Cologne Cathedral. The room was a bit dirty, and there were some stains in the bathroom. I'd also like to point out that we were charged a city tax, even though the app indicated it was already paid. Luggage is stored in a small room, for which they are not responsible. The receptionist advised us to put our bags in the storage room at the station.

Fantastic location, really close to the train station and klön airport. In the opposite direction, Klön itself is only a couple of stops away Really quiet and clean hotel with a KFC opposite that stays open until midnight Helpful and friendly reception staff with excellent English and knowledge. Highly recommend and would come back again
