Hotel is in good location, nice amenities and very clean.
Booked with breakfast and dinner 4nights. Both ok not a Shangri la standard, menu almost everyday the same. Drinks not included in dinner buffet, you have to pay for it.
Has a mall access in the lobby. If your gonna book the hotel, just book the room, have a plenty choices of food in the mall. Cheaper and has a wide variety of cuisines.

Words can’t express how grateful I am to the team at Shangri La Colombo. I was travelling with my grandma who is 91 years old so I wanted to book our stay at a place that I could count on . I have experienced the hospitality of Shangri-La at other parts of the world and I was hopeful that it would be the same. They did not disappoint. Right from Masood at the door to Dileka at breakfast and Waruna at the Concierge , our every need was met, and then some! It’s fully accessible if you have reduced mobility , and everyone who works there is constantly thinking ahead, so that you feel comfortable.
The location is beautiful, the food is amazing and the hospitality is truly exceptional. I’m very grateful to the entire team for ensuring we had a memorable holiday.

Excellent hotel. Great location and food. The hotel rooms were very comfortable, cozy, quite and relaxing. This was our second time in this hotel, and we wish to stay again in the future.
