Not much to do , so far from everything, limited place to eat, everything close so early. It’s good if you are for some place to do nothing

Why stay here? The view. The fresh air. The natural beauty. The fun of staying in a tent with a decent bed (without the work of packing it in & out). The awesome camp dogs. The ability to take great ATV tours (for an additional fee).
I really enjoyed this experience. Because of my work situation, we arrived just in time to ATV. Then it was past 9 pm, dark, and we hadn't had time to buy provisions earlier. If I had more time, I would have brought food for grilling, enjoyed a late night bonfire. Basically, I would love to visit again. And next time, I will spend more enjoying the campground, fire pit, and most of all - the views.
Note: "Glamping" is still camping. This place is a "light" adventure (nothing really difficult, but not fully customized to high maintenance people). It's not in the park. It's 30-60 min drive to the park (depending on which entrance). It's clearly not a hotel. There are a lot of little things that need maintenance (zipper pulls, Adirondack chair missing an arm, exposed screws on a bench, one of lamps was not functional, the bathroom toilet leaking at the base, the shower stall looking not clean).

One road to the site was impassable and the only other way was sketchy. If I would have had a larger vehicle (Nissan Rogue), I would not have been able to drive to my site safely/comfortably. The site was cute however the tent did not zip properly. Two layers of tent to zip at the door and neither of them actually closed all the way. Animals at the “petting farm” are super sweet, but all of them had discharge from their nose and eyes and their living conditions were disgusting. There was even a dead chicken in with the pigs.
I guess for the price it’s not a bad stay, I enjoyed myself aside from the above mentioned.

A step up from camping, but not really glamping. Tents are old and zippers didn't work. People were courteous when communicating by phone, but hands off. Bathrooms and showers were neat and did the job. The gas grill and couches provided in the outdoor dining area for everyone was a nice touch with a spectacular view.

We had a very nice stay, well equipped tents. Unfortunately we had a very windy night, so it was very loud in the tent. Bring earplugs!

We appreciated the communication and access to staff at any hour of the day. Views were beautiful from the tent, and for a glamping experience it was nice to have a full bed, couch, AC, showers and bathrooms. It is the perfect spot between major hiking locations, and the local pets/animals were a nice touch to feel welcomed. However, tent cleanliness and access was a little troublesome - our zippers were broken off making it difficult to open and close the tent. Plus after two days, the floors and bed were covered in dirt without a daily cleanup. If there was a rowdy group staying in a tent nearby, the sound travels easily causing difficulty to sleep. Lastly, showers were more than often not clean and depending on the hour there would be little to no water pressure depending on if multiple people were doing showers or (from what we assumed) staff doing laundry. Also a good to know note is the property is literally on the Utah/Arizona line so your phone time can and will switch back and forth between time zones so be wary.

Nice
The zipper of the tent was broke but got fixed by the Nice gentlemen at the reception. It was great that there was a little fridge at the reception and that you could borrow forma and knifes. It would have been good to know that it was a bit far out of town and you needed to go offroad to get there.
Al in all the views was great
