The property was run down and in no way did it match the rating on *******. When I arrived there was a police car and a tow truck blocking the entrance to the hotel. I tried contacting customer service twice to rebook another location but the call was dropped both times with no return call from *******. I definitely would not reccommend this property or using ******* for booking.

I like that the room was clean. I didn’t like the hotel itself. It was old needs remodeling. Pool was not working and there is NO breakfast like it is mentioned on hotel descriptions. They only offer coffee, juice, and a couple of snacks.

Good value & convenient location
Affordable motel walking distance to downtown Colorado Springs. Great option for a short-term stay for those on a budget. I've stayed here many times over the past 10 years without any issues.

our tv did not work, they did try did try to fix it, the heater was not working right, we were there three nights by the third night it finally was warm. the staff were very helpful and very nice
