Several different types of cabins tucked away in the trees. Our cabin was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Bedding; towels; soap & shampoo; hair dryer; pots; kettle; coffee maker; flatware; dishes; cooking utensils. The mattresses were all comfortable. You do have to bring in your own meals/ food to prepare meals. Snacks and soft drinks/juice are available in the concession in the office. The warm and hot pools are big enough to accommodate several people easily. The cold pool is small because most people don't want to stay in the icy water for very long! Towels are provided at the office desk when you go into the pool and are left there to be laundered. The pools are open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and the lights shine very prettily at night. It's quite magical with the steam rising above the pools among the trees. The website informs one very clearly that there is a CP mainline beside the property so it is not a surprise when they rumble past. Between the trains, the highway, and having helicopters refueling, it's a busy place - but not overly noisy, either. We didn't hear anything at night, so our cabin must be well insulated. We enjoyed our stay. It isn't cheap, by any means, but everything is right up front when you book, so it's not like you get sticker shock either. The staff were all really nice and helpful.

My family just returned from Crazy Creek. This place is so great. We are not campers so this glamping option in the cabins was perfect for us. Cabins are cute and well equipped and there is a fire pit and chairs beside each one. The hot pools are dreamy. I could sit in them all day. Just overall great resort surrounded but BC’s beauty. We ran into a pretty major issue shortly after arrival however. We noticed water pressure poor in the cabin on check in. We had a drink and got ready to head to the pools and water was completely not working by then. Mentioned it at the office as we were ready to hop in the pools and they advised us a fuse blew in one of the transformers causing issues with their pumps. I thought we’d kill time in the pools since they said someone was on the way from to look at it but pools had been closed up also since they couldn’t maintain heat. I was a bit put out that the only options were a) leave and find alternative lodging for the night and not have to pay or b) stay with no running water and no pool access but still have to pay. At a price tag of over $300 per night I don’t feel this was super reasonable. I think in these circumstances they need a better contingency plan like a discounted rate to stay without the services. It was a pain to have to pack up our entire cabin, food and all that we had just unpacked and head into Revelstoke to find a hotel for the night. They ended up getting everything fixed a couple of hours later however hot pools remained closed for the evening so we were happy with our decision to go into town. After all we were there for the pools. I will say the staff was all great and doing the best they could in this situation and it was tricky for them not knowing when the issue would be resolved. Upon final checkout the lady working gave a small act of kindness that went a long way with me. After we returned to our cabin the next day we had a great stay. I think the only improvement the resort could have is some on site dining as who feels like cooking on vacation LoL.

Amazing Hotsprings, super friendly staff & our suite was perfect. Clean, comfortable & had all we needed. Lots of exploring areas around. Nature walks. You’ll sleep so well after a long relaxing soak in the pools. We will be back again, this was our 5th time, 2nd staying onsite.

Well, this is my second review, and sadly, my rating went down. We love the area! The Creek and Eagle River are stunning and an amazing place to spend time. We did not use the pools this time. I just can't justify the price. We were located within a stone throw of the train tracks, and although they don't usually honk their horn, they still do! And usually in the wee hours! My rating dropped due to that AND the huge pile of railway ties that were right beside our site. The smell was horrible, and after 3 nights, I came home with a migraine. I had to keep our rv windows shut to try and keep the smell out. Our clothes and bedding smelled of Creosote when we got home and it was alot of laundry to deal with. I love the area but I am not sure we will return

Stayed 9 nights in a 50 amp wilderness site. It was excellent and Jessie treated us real good and was very cordial to us the entire stay. I always loved this place under the founder but to the new ownership, you have done an excellent job of taking this place to new levels

Even with the warm weather, the river was so refreshing in the day! The weather cooled enough in the evening to soak so it was the perfect relaxing getaway! We always feel so at home here amd they are always upgrading the grounds! The washrooms are clean and always have hot water as well! The perfect family or friends getaway and we always buy a year pass to get our moneys worth!
