On a road trip to North and Mid Wales, this was our first stop and I wish it had been our last because it would definitely have been a 'grand finale'. Centrally located, easy walk to restaurants, bars and the beach, super comfortable room, excellent value for money, what's not to love? From the very warm welcome to the extensive, delicious breakfast menu (the kippers were exceptional) this is possibly "the best to stay, if you're visiting in Colwyn Bay"

Just back from a 2 night stay. Joel & Tracy are great hosts really welcoming. Our room was comfortable good shower plus extra touches like shampoos, shower gels/, even bath robes. Breakfast very tasty . Great location for beach restaurants and train station We will be back.

The b&b along with its owners Joel and Tracy are fantastic. Their beds are comfy and breakfasts are incredible with items sourced locally. My partners needs were also accommodated and we got given bbq sauce to go home with which was a lovely touch as well. Thanks both and we will see you soon!

Great location in town with the beach just 5 minutes walk away. A delicious varied choice of breakfast. A friendly welcome to greet you on your arrival and great communication from booking to stay. Good value for money. Likely to stay again.

This is a gem nestling in the urban townscape and well worth a visit. Both Tracey and Joel are excellent hosts who will make your stay memorable. Each room in this establishment is unique with comfy beds, it is in a peaceful part of town. The breakfasts are gorgeous and the owners are very obliging with any request.

A real home from home, Warm, inviting and beautifully decorated. The food was delicious and our hosts couldn’t do enough for us, they also gave us some excellent recommendations regarding local restaurants etc. Thank you both for an excellent stay and we’ll be back

Absolute gem of a place this. Very reasonably priced for the accomodation on offer, the hosts are super friendly. And the breakfast is one of the best I have had in a while; wanted to stay for longer, and no doubt I will return in a couple of months! Keep up the fantastic work!

I had a lovely stay. The rooms were ready and the breakfast was lovely. The owners were lovely. It was easy to book the rooms. They can accept cash or card. There was a different choices for breakfast. We could ask for more tea/coffee and toast.
