This is a 3 stars hotel with lots of issues that you probably don't want to spend your valuable vacation to experience. Here are just some of the bad things. * Bugs in hotel room * Lots of ants in the pool area * Noise from neighbor's rooms because the fundamental construction is old and has bad isolation. You can hear sounds when somebody open/close wardrobe. They have renovated for some years ago, but it seems mostly on the surface. * At night, from your hotel room, you can hear sounds from planes landing and departing Mallorca. * My son pushed on a switch beside my bed to turn on the light and suddenly electricity went off on our room and several neighbor's room on the same floor. So dangerous for kids. We were so afraid something could have happened to him. * You must pay additional to lock your things in a safe. Some hotels in Spain offer this free of charge * Elevator is super small. * Staff at reception does not speak fluent English. It is so difficult to understand since most of them speaks german. You might meet one or two that can speak English if you are lucky. * There are some variations on food every day. Keep in mind that some of it is poorly prepared that might cause you stomach problem. Be aware of your choices. * Every time you get a new plate, be sure that it is clean. We saw many times that it was wet, sometimes with leftover food that was not completely washed yet. * Now for one of the biggest bad: Disloyal employees that will try to get more money out of you when they ask you to buy water/soda/drinks in dinner time. We met a man who did this with us. On our first day he overcharged us. On our last day, I have paid for 2 sodas. I gave the money to him, and few minutes later he came back with his colleague and yelled at me that I did not pay. They were rude and loud. Everybody in my table saw that I have paid. I said, if you want money, just say so, but let my family have a good vacation. Don’t yell at your hotel guest. Yet, I gave this guy tips every day. Be aware that staff can scam you and ruin your food experience because they have some internal problem with handling money. I choose to put this in my review to let management know.

Travelled around April/May, got a double room with small balcony for around 55 euro that included a buffet breakfast and dinner, really good selection, although if you want juice get down early. The hotel is located in the German district, but the staff have good English. Mainly elderly customers and the odd family with little kids. Quiet hotel, only 5 minutes walk from a lovely beach, packed with restaurants/bars/shops. Staff overall were lovely, although there was a minor incident with their card machine not working - so have cash on you just in case. Hotel is located about 20 minutes bus ride to Palma (which is stunning) and 25 mins to the airport (A2 bus) - bus stops are located about 5 minutes walk away.
