Their service is very good. Their room decoration is also very beautiful . Perfact for family stay. Staying here is very safe and satisfying. And their food also very good and testy. And their enviromant is very wonderful . Thanks for the nice service.

Very good .and interested.hitel victoriaw is amazing. The service is amazing, the food is home made and finger licking. The local millet beer, Chhang, is something which shouldn’t be missed not the local “seabuck “ wine. One can rent snow .

The room cost 5000TK, rate is to high for the standard. It is a 2500-3500TK standard hotel. Hot water not working. No blanket cover, no floor towel, or other accessories you get in a hotel with that price range. No good breakfast or other meals. Very local standard. It would be better to give customer what they pay for or lower the price according to what the hotel provide.
