Lovely Spanish traditional hotel. Welcoming, super clean and accommodating. The lady who owns it (apologies I didn’t ask) is super friendly, speaks excellent English and is wonderfully helpful. Rooms are comfortable and the toiletries and towels plentiful. Breakfast is continental and there’s lots of it. Would go back.

A friendly hotel with fantastic views of the valley down to the sea. Excellent location for the village of Competa and an ideal base for some scenic and challenging walks in the stunning hills. Worth paying the extra for a room with a balcony.

Recommended by our kind host on previous B and B We found the room great and large. Staff were attentive even though coming to the end of a long season. Particularly good were the reception staff who were very welcoming. Great swimming pool nearly all to ourselves as there mid October Would return and recommend

The hotel is sat in the most spectacular backdrop and the views are just breathtaking. The rooms are really good and the staff that look after your rooms cannot do enough. The only disappointment was breakfast on a couple of occasions when it was really hard work asking for basic foods. To be told there are no tomato’s because they are too busy eating their own breakfast was a little shoddy. Other than that I enjoyed my stay in this quaint village.

Stayed with my family (we have two kids) and enjoyed the stay. Good atmosphere, friendly Staff and a nice hotel worth every penny. Breakfast included in the price. We ate all meals at the site and the evening view is great. Maria and her colleagues did everything in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Perfect for some lazy days by the pool. We will come back.

We stayed opposite this hotel but used the hotel daily for swimming, drinks & meals. All staff are wonderful- Maria & her husband Louis (the chef) were always so attentive to their guests. The balcony was an excellent place serving tapas meals at lunch time. For dinner we watched the flamenco show on the Friday night. On the Saturday we had a bbq dinner. The meal platter for 2 was HUGE. The swimming pool was a great facility. The sun lounges & shades were a welcome relief from the hot sun.

Great Authentic Andalusian Hill Village, lovely family run hotel nothing too much trouble,great to relax and watch the world go by,Rooms spotless,views from the terrace enchanting and timeless, service excellent.Hotel is ideally placed for exploring the white villages of Andalusia

Great tapas which is very good value although limited choice Also lovely on the terrace Often have music Recently had a really good flamenco show on a Sunday lunch time lovely Sunday lunches Highly recommended
