"The room and location is perfect . However the customer service could use improvement . Check out is 11 am they start knocking and calling the room phone at 8/9 in the morning. Border line harassment. This morning at 9:55 they started knocking banging on door and check out wasent for another hour I was nude as I was waking up the housekeeper tried to enter the room. Then at 11:02 we was bothered again ."

"Breakfast includes bread, yogurt, milk, coffee, and tea. No eggs, no ham sausage and bacon. The room is dimly lit and the hotel has parking space. Three of us got out of the Atlanta International Airport. The taxi included a tip of $ 20, and we took the navigation to make sure the driver didn't detour. The next day, a taxi at the international airport costs $ 20, and if it is a domestic airport, it costs $ 35. There are such bugs in the bathroom. If you choose a non-smoking room for a deposit of $ 100, you will be refunded immediately after checking out the next morning. The location of the hotel decided not to drive but to order takeaway meals, and no restaurant could be reached on foot. The most cost-effective hotel around Atlanta International Airport ..."

"My second stay within a week and my experience are completely different:
1) front desk lady is kinda rude.
2) asking for parking fee which was included during my previous stay, exactly the same room type and conditions.
3) THE ROOM IS WAY TOO NOISY! I got the room at the end of the hall with facing the highway. The nonstop traffic and airplane overflying kept me awake for the entire night even I put the earplug in. I end up took the sleeping pill at 3am… unbelievable."

"It is under renovation, but it has almost no smell because it is right next to the airport and the rooms that started to arrange are very noisy. Later, it was much better after negotiation. Hotel buses are not scheduled for a fixed time."
