Review of a weekly business traveller This hotel is rated as 4 star What makes it 4 star - beautiful hotel , absolutely stunning , rooms are huge , incredibly clean and well laid out - Location is stunning , close to the beach and great places for food - Breakfast setting is really nice - DAY staff, the older brunette lady was wonderful , very warm and welcoming What does not make this a 4 star - The evening staff , a young female When I first walked in was sat in reception with her feet up on the desk on the phone I guess to her partner I asked for an extra bottle of water for the room she almost tutted and told me to go across the road to the local pub to ask for one , while still on the phone during this conversation She also checked me in, didn’t explain anything about the hotel or what’s available, asked for my passport and gave me the key, that was it , I had to even ask what floor my room was on 4 staff hotel telling guests to go across the road to get a bottle of water is simply not 4 star, there was zero service That aside , hotel is really beautiful and the restaurant they have attached is stunning

Spacious room with seating area, suite size but one space. Quiet at this time. Internet works very well. Tv channels more than enough with local and international options. Good English overall and polite with most of the staff. Good Nice lounge/restaurant with 3 areas. Product/food is good however service is average and slow, to order the food and to re-order for drinks. Price on the high side, maybe because beginning of the season. Good location short walk from the beach, towels are provided

This is small charming hotel hosted in an old building in the very center of Constanta, few meters from the town beach, in a perfect location. Rooms are to sufficiently big with few of them smaller due to the constraints of the old building. Personnel was very nice and profi. All in all, a good report quality -price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cherica, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s location made exploring the city a breeze. The 1896 restaurant has fresh and delicious food. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a fabulous suite with lots of room - fresh flowers, beach towels and tourist books/guides showed their attention to detail. We parked right ouside the hotel for free. Just a few hundred yards from the beach and a short walk to the port and old town centre. The hotel now have their own onsite restaurant, which we really rated highly ; excellent food and decor with really attentive and friendly service.

I have stayed for just one night. When we arrived we found a room that smells bad, in the minibar they have( we hope)water in butle of beer! awful! Without telling us what included the price,they asked for the money, and they told us that includes obligatory breakfast! They changed us for the breakfast that we didn’t want it. And no invoice! 👎👎👎
