The Last Word Constantia

My wife and I took up a later offer on *********** of a two day stay at the Last Word, which is really a lovely nine bedroomed Hotel in Constantia. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room which was a suite was really lovely and the breakfast was exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and really could not have done more for us. If we are ever in the area again, we will make sure to come back.

We stayed here for 5 nights chilling at the end of a month away. It was fantastic! Our suite was amazing, the bathroom huge & fab, literally everything you could want, including the hotels own labelled wine in the suite which was really nice. Each suite opens onto the gorgeous & peaceful pool area, so the opportunity to chill is right there. The staff are fantastic & can’t do enough for you, the breakfast is the best I think we have ever had, & Tiffany the cat will keep you company. The parking is secure, access is easy, & there are restaurants within easy reach, with one directly next door & a side gate from the hotel straight in to it. Staying here was exactly what we wanted & needed at the end of our trip, so thanks everyone, we loved our stay.

What a spectacularly spacious luxurious room with views over the gardens - this is our second stay to this hotel and the welcome was as warm as ever and the quality of everything was spot on. Such a lovely quiet location with access to a lively restaurant and bar next door. The breakfasts are out of this world and set you up for any wine tasting! The team of lovely people couldn’t do more for us. This is a truly wonderful experience if you want the best of the best on your trip in the Cape.

Amazing hospitality from all if the staff. Very large beautiful rooms. A little gem with the most amazing gardens. A great little pub / restaurant. Not far from boulders beach. Honesty bar is very well stocked. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Incredible hotel! Amazing rooms where everything in the lobby and rooms were stunningly curated. The staff are the highlight and the customer service is the best I have experienced anywhere I have stayed around the world. They made my wife and I feel so special, thank you! Breakfast was another highlight and the garden/pool area is so beautiful.

Sadly our itinerary only allowed for a one night stay at this tranquil oasis in Constantia. The hotel is enclosed by well manicured “tropical gardens” which includes a swimming pool. Our room was huge and opened up directly into the gardens. The staff are charming and can’t do enough for you. The peace and quiet meant that we enjoyed our best nights sleep of our holiday. Be sure to visit this property located a short drive from central Cape Town
