This hotel was great. The staff at the buffet was Amazing, Abderahman really went out of his way to make our experience great. My companion, who is a vegetarian, Abderhman made sure she had something @ every meal. Which proved hard in Algeria He was very good at his job, spoke with us and made us feel welcomed, as did all the of the staff at the hotel.

Stayed here during our recent trip to Algeria and was very happy with the experience. The hotel is very clean and smart, and in an ideal location, right in the heart of Constantine. We made the most of the bar each night, either in the Ibis or next door in the adjoining Novotel. The rooms are comfortable enough for a budget hotel, although the curtain in our room needed repairing. We had a buffet breakfast each morning which was ok. The staff were very friendly and polite, so I would recommend this place if visiting wonderful Constantine.

Hotel is one of the best in Constantine and the foremost with the central location at the heart of the city downtown. A modern business centre , Exellent International breakfast with a traditional touch , a lovely view toward the river and the montagne or toward the city. Truly, the staff of the hotel are doing amazing work despite the reduced manpower. Distinction to : Redha and Wafa from house keeping keen to details and very polite. Doria at the reception was exceptional, Always wearing a smile and very helpful and professional. Haoua and wissam at the restaurant was very helpful and gave extra treat to my toddlers . Karim from the senior management who shows a top level of Customer care.

Ensemble de l.equipe RAS Mais fuyez l.endroit.je suis encore sous le choc devant l.entree de l.hotel nous attendions notre taxi Yassir qui me téléphone pour me dire qu.il est arrivé et un jeune survenue de nul part.me prend mon téléphone de l.oreille.devant l.entree de l.hotel.ma fille de 15 ans même pas peur lui a couru .en criant au porche de l.entree de l.hotel c.est la que la sécurité a essayé de rattraper ce voyou.. Le quartier est connu de larcin d.agression de vol bijou portable.la police nous l.as confirmer. Je suis terroriser de sortir .cela fait quatre jours que nous sommes arrivés en Algérie..je ne suis plus sortie depuis mon agression et je vais faire le nécessaire pour rentrer en France le plus tôt possible. Cet Hôtel est au mauvais endroit.pas de sécurité la journée. Je ne sortirai pas de l.hotel pas avant que mon mari aurait rangé nos valises et surveiller que personne nous suis. Voila ce quartier. Je vie un vrai traumatisme
