Absolutely lovely hotel in Consuegra Spain. Minutes from the path to climb up and see the windmills and the castle. From the beautiful interior patio along side the four private bedrooms, you can watch a huge storks nest at the bell tower of the church. Lovely rooms with access to the kitchen and living room. Owner provided bottles of water in the refrigerator for each of the 4 rooms. Brand new facility and just wonderful. The four bedrooms are private with complete modern bathroom. Its like your own private house with lovely patio to also enjoy. Beautiful candle lights at night on the patio.

A few steps from the staircase that takes you up to the windmills, this charming casa rural hosted us for 3 nights, while we enjoyed the local Saffron Festival (last weekend of October). WiFi is included. Parking can be reserved with the casa. (They have 2 spots and 4 rooms so inquire early if you need a parking spot). Chon, our hostess, was very helpful since we started exchanging emails and volunteered a lot of useful information about the town and the festival. She also served a lovely breakfast that included manchego cheese and other local favorites. The house is very clean, tastefully decorated, and within three blocks of Plaza España and local restaurants (most open for dinner/cena at 9pm, and reservations are highly recommended if you are going during a busy time) We traveled with our 6 year old son so they placed an additional personal bed in our room. With both beds the room felt a little tight but we managed well. Beds are firm, and Chon can offer extra pillows as needed. Consuegra is a charming little town with welcoming people, very walkable and full of traditions. The whole town comes to life to celebrate their fiestas! Consuegra is very close to Toledo and is a great meeting point between Andalucía and Madrid & the north of Spain. 2 nights there should suffice unless you’re planning to use it as a base to explore more of the region. Precioso y súper limpio, impecable. Para repetir sin dudarlo. La dueña es encantadora. Tiene solamente 4 habitaciones, lo que te garantiza una tranquilidad y silencio que se agradecen para desconectar y relajarse, todo ello acompañado del sonido del agua de la fuente exterior, otra pequeña en el salón y música ambiental muy suave. Todo con mucho mimo y cuidado al detalle. Un placer haber estado allí. Enhorabuena a su propietaria.

Todo perfecto. La casa es preciosa, ideal para pasar un fin de semana por la zona. Amplia, con unos patios tranquilitos para sentarte a escuchar el sonido del agua en la fuente. Todo está limpio, cuidado y mimado. No le falta detalle, Chon es una anfitriona de sobresaliente, siempre pendiente de que no nos falte de nada. El desayuno riquísimo, variado y abundante. Hasta te hace un zumito de naranja si quieres. Y las tostadas. Productos autóctonos: tortas de Alcázar, churros, queso... Maravilloso todo. Para repetir y para recomendar. ¡GRACIAS CHON!
