Nice hotel, been here several times. But they charged $400 from the card, supposedly we smoked. But we didn't smoke. I filed a dispute with the bank. Now we're sorting it out.

Room was clean, short one bath towel, water pressure could have been better. Typical hotel breakfast which was fine. Good coffee and waffle. Side entrance door did not lock, which is a bit of a concern. Would stay again if passing through on another road trip.

The rooms were not clean. Dirty razor in the shower, food in the fridge, and dirty towels behind the bathroom door. Gross. Then the second room had hair in the shower. Like I couldn’t win! And I was too tired to switch again so I just stayed in there.

Room was dirty and moldy. They do not accept Chime, PayPal, Venmo, Cash app or other non formal bank cards and will just cancel you without notice. Front desk staff was very short and unhelpful with any issue. Room had dist and scrambled eggs on the floor. Hotel hallways had garbage in them and the exterior had quite a bit as well.

Do not stay here! Appears to be a halfway house. First of all, they charged me $350 for a deposit as opposed to $175. They had “no idea how that happened”. Second, the room was filthy & had a stench I can’t explain. Suffering from asthma, I didn’t feel safe staying there. An hour after checking in, police were slamming on the neighbours door screaming for them! I felt so unsafe as a female traveller and had to check out, after only being there for 2 hours! They have a 24 hours cancellation policy so I expected a partial refund for the other 4 nights, however, they would refund me! Filthy & unsafe place, will never stay there and recommend everyone to stay away!

The hotel smelled bad on the first floor, I was moved to the second which still had a smell just not as offensive. After checking out five hours later I received a "smoking" fee charge of $400 which is hilarious seeing as I don't smoke. Establishment and Wyndham customer support refused to assist me with the false charge.

Nice comfortable bed, only issue is the bottom sheets were to small for the bed. Air-conditioned was quiet.staff friendly. Easy check in and check out. Will stay here again next year. Restaurants within walking distance. Shopping close by .

Horrible hotel and worse staff. They gave away my reserved room, to someone else who was willing to pay more. I got a phone call when I was two hours away, after driving for 8 hours, that my room was not available, and they went by the first come first served basis.

Great staff, breakfast is minimal, pool and sitting area is in need of repairs. For longer stays the regular cleaning was minimal for floors and bathrooms. Air conditioner unit was disgusting and in need of deep cleaning. Mold, mildew, and large amounts of dust and build up.
