Great place for a comfortable and memorable stay if you are visiting Coonoor. Very beautifully maintained heritage property and a fabulous bunch of associates. All willing to go the extra mile to make your stay beautiful. Breakfast is a good mix of traditional South Indian and British fare. Beautifully maintained garden all around with an abundance of colours with all kinds of flowers. Do keep an eye out for the monkeys who might decide to visit you, if you leave the door open.

Very good and relaxing experience. Theresa and Leona were very helpful and made the stay enjoyable. The hotel is extremely well maintained and has ample places for kids to play.

Awesome family experience with two young one enjoying nature and good food. With staff being very courteous, no 2nd thoughts to stay any where apart from IHCL Conoor.Leona and Kiran were awesome.Theresa these staff were Great .

I came 48 years ago that time it was absolutely different but now when we came we really love this place we would really like to come back. All the hotels staffs has really taken special care of us most specifically Satish, Natraj, Samiya ,Theresa , leona ,kiran and all the dinning staff as well Anand has also taken care

We had an amazing stay at Gateway Coonoor! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. A special mention to the receptionist — their hospitality was truly outstanding. They were extremely welcoming, helpful, and made sure all our needs were taken care of with a smile. Their service added a personal touch that made our stay even more memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Gateway Coonoor to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to coming back again!
