I have a great time staying here. The hotel strategically located in front of the main station. the receptionist and the housekeeping are very helpful and they also offer early check in with additional fees (not much). I definitely recommend this hotel and will going back for sure the next time I come back to this city. The only drawback is the elevator is still under construction when I arrive, but otherwise are great.

A scam!! We were totally disappointed, defrauded and ripped off. At no point did we receive the self-check-in code, we found ourselves in Copenhagen at 2 in the morning on the street, unable to get into the room. We had to walk around the area, tired and loaded with suitcases, to find a place to sleep. After going to several hotels and hostels, we found one with a room available, but the price for sleeping a few hours was the price of a week's accommodation for some establishments. We paid what we had to pay to avoid spending the night on the street. It is a disgrace that you pay for a service (accommodation) and then find yourself on the street and have to pay again at a golden price for a room to be able to sleep for just 5-6 hours. The next day we went to the hostel again, to be able to get into the room and there was no reception at all, and without an entrance code we had to make a call (on a Spanish phone) to the person in charge of the hostel (Copenhagen number) to ask him to provide us with the codes. Since when does a guest have to call the accommodation to ask to enter a room that they have been paying for for months? If I go in to give my opinion in the super-small space of the room, it would take me a while. Either the suitcases go in or you go in, to get to the other side of the bed you have to go over it, it is impossible to go around it. The suitcases are stacked on top of each other so you don't have to jump on them to access the bed.

Poor support for the deaf because we don't get direct help because the deaf can't use the telephone. We have to look for support where we can use the telephone. That's not inclusion. There are big problems with the access code (PIN). Unfortunately, it doesn't work consistently.

The location is very good. Coming out of Central Station, I found there was no receptionist. There is a check-in system. Send mobile password

Ok so first of all the amenities listed are completely inaccurate. There is no bar/lounge, no luggage storage, no TV room, no board games, no laundry service, no bike rental and no snacks bar/breakfast buffet. Pros • Comfortable beds • Clean nice bedding • Lockers big enough to fit a suitcase • Towel provided • Location next to train station and easy access to shops/bars/restaurants/attractions • Security codes for entry • Check in at 2pm • Check out at 11am • Security camera looking at luggage • Low cost for Copenhagen Cons • No lounge or bar • Fan not very effective so gets warm in pods even in winter • Staff in morning prior to check out began stripping our pod as we were trying to repack without saying a word and as we were about to leave chucked all on the linen, pillows and duvets on the floor in front of us blocking out exit as we couldn't get the case over them • Lots of light in pods even with door shut • Shower room stank of mold and damp with visible mold spores on ceiling and walls, very unhygienic and dangerous to health • Have to get changed in small pod as camera on you as soon as you exit • 3 toilets and 2 showers shared between a large amount of people • Very little space in room to go through luggage Keypads on pods very loud at night, woke us up • Toilets not big enough to open door properly and in the case of the one next to the pods, not wide enough to sit on comfortably for most people without partly sitting on the housing unit for the plumbing • You have to hold tap on to get water to flow, difficult to wash face, is only cold

Clean and cosy. Perfect sleeping arangement for my solo trip one-nighter. Right next to the train station too👍🏼 I didnt get my access code by email but the helpline was johnny-on-the-spot and got me my code right away! The pod itself was a bit hot but not as bad as you would think. I’m definitely going here again next solo trip 🤩
