So disappointed by the level of the service. Breakfast restaurant is more a huge cantine like than a place to enjoy a quiet, peaceful, refined breakfast. In room dining purely transactional.

1912年建成，是當時的丹麥郵電公司總局，建築採用新巴洛克風格，有濃郁的歷史感。酒店離中央火車站不到200米，走路去市政廳廣場也衹有10分鐘路程，地理位置很好。

I stayed with my family and friends at Villa Copenhagen for the weekend, but sadly it turned into a nightmare. My Hermes bag with passport, money, and credit cards was stolen right in the middle of the lobby. To make things worse, most cameras weren’t working, and only one showed a glimpse of the thief. For a hotel that presents itself as luxury, the lack of security is shocking. Very disappointing and not recommended.

Wonderful experience at villa copenhagen. The check-in took a little too long because we booked 1 large bed but they put me to twin room. The lady receptionist tried to solved it best as she could. We stayed here 2 nights. The rooftop pool experience is a must for the visit. The room interior is fully and classy decorated with high quality materials. Bed was nice. I recommended this hotel if you transit by train. The location is right by the train platform, back exit. The lobby bar vibe was cozy and lively.

The best hotel I have been to in Europe. Real perfection! The cleanliness, the atmosphere, the service, the staff, and more importantly the bar, kitchen, and bakery.
