The staff was super helpful and the rooms and amenities were amazing, It didnt feel like a hostel at all. The checking and put system was done by a machine like the ones at MacDonald's and the room opened with a wristband. They have a great Ranger of drink to offer on the Hangout area, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. They even have a partnership with the pizza place in front of the hotel to get the guests a cheaper deal. They provide a sauna service for free and unlike other hostels, they provide towels , a robe, and have shampoo and shower gel. They also have a make Up área with hairdryers. It was AN amazing experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel, super cheap for copenhagen. Easy check in, clean rooms, toilets were spotless. Led lights and speaker in room is a nice added touch.

I chose this hotel because I previously stayed at CityHub Reykjavik in December and had a positive experience be my favourite stay.
Here Cityhub Copenhagen The rooms are similar, and the amenities are excellent. Additionally, the location is convenient, with a nearby bus stop providing direct access to major attractions. However, I believe the staff should have basic knowledge of the surrounding area rather than simply responding with, “I’m not sure.”, with an uninterested or unwilling to help expression. It is a waste for her to just stand there without the information when guests ask basic questions.

Pretty good if you just need a place to crash solo and don’t plan on spending much time there. Definitely got good sleep and the bathroom and sauna are nice. Just bring earplugs in case the couple in the pod above you is arguing all night. A gym would bring the amenities up to four stars.

The pod was just nice for one person + 2 luggages. Toilet was quite clean and everything was provided (hairdryer, towels, bath ropes, soap. Even body lotion). There is also someone at the front if you need help. Overall, it was nice staying there.
