This hotel is located very close to the city center and provides basic amenities but a very good sleep. The bed is very comfy and the temperature in the room is very good too. We had a very good rest. The rooms are not very big and the restaurant provides basic products but good enough when you just need a clean and comfy place to sleep.

Great hotel rooms are smaller but very clean with comfortable beds and a big washroom. Great free breakfast and perfect parking on site. Very comfortable stay! Would recommend this hotel when traveling through Copiapo. Also close to many restaurants but on-site restaurant is very good as well.

Very good hotel, very comfortable and clean rooms, bathrooms in excellent condition, very comfortable bed, very good service, very friendly people, parking on -1 -2 level. Central very close to the center, excellent service

They refill the coffee very little, the container was never there. The variety is very limited. In 3 months the options have not changed at all. In terms of the quality of what is offered, it is too basic for a hotel of these characteristics.

You can see that they are overwhelmed...one cooperates but...I think they should not lose good points. It seems that both Ibis are served by the same people...30 minutes for dinner with 3 tables occupied? Something happens
