Stayed at the Inn with two friends that I have known since 1976. We had an absolute awesome stay! Stephen cooked our breakfast every morning usually a vegetable omelette, really good crispy, bacon, homemade toasted bread with butter made by the local Mennonites, delicious jam, bananas and pineapple. On days when we had to get up early and be down to the dock to take snorkeling trip arranged by Sea&Cerros, we ate on the lighter side and had delicious homemade granola and yogurt. Always a pot of coffee going in the morning and hot tea. Stephen was so hospitable and his team of assistants got us whatever we needed. Rooms have all the basic needs, nice walk in shower etc although could use a chair in each room. Sometimes I would see a gecko in my room, which I thought was really cool! Some beautiful birds, frogs, moths, geckos right there at the Inn. So relaxing, planned the trip around the full moon! One night we hung out on the roof deck bar area. We marveled at the moon, shooting stars, constellations, and pretty large moths! Saturday was pizza night made by native Belizean woman Myra, it was just delicious! Definitely worth checking out!
