Great hotel for Peppa Pig! It’s a two minute car journey and the hotel is lovely. We had two family rooms and both were perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. If looking for dinner options I would recommend the mortimer arms (5 minute walk) or testwood (5 minute drive). If ever returning to Peppa Pig world I would stay here :)

It's what you need if not staying in the room for long. Our room was a family room. Quite small but sufficient. There were nail clippings on the floor that were missed during cleaning and pillows were as flat as a pancake. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was quite nice even if a little over priced but kids eat free. Good location if there for Paultons park. Overall could do with an update and better cleaning but ok

We always choose this Premier Inn for our trip to Paultons Park (about a 4 minute drive away!). The staff were friendly. The room was clean and as expected. We were down a side corridor and apart from a father and kid talking loudly and slamming their door, and a bit of floor creaking from the person upstairs, it was a very quiet and good night's sleep. Before our stay we pop in to Romsey, which is really close and well worth a visit. We will definitely stay here if we go to Paultons Park again.

This was our 4th visit. The first two were ok a little mould visible in shower room. 3rd visit no big issues a little tired room. This one had a number of issues Shower cubicle a large amount of mould in door and tile grout. Broken areas Rusted hand wash holder Mirror deterioration Extremely small corner sink barely able to wash hands not able to fill kettle adequately. Mould in room window Heater cover broken Room carpet in need of a deep clean/wash The rooms have been in very different parts on the premier inn. The car park is free Unfortunately the pub next door is also very tired, sticky tables, grubby carpets, chairs upholstery needs replacing as torn.

Arrived to a warm welcome and very helpful at reception. Thank you to Sharan & Amy. Lovely room for a family of four, clean and everything we needed for our stay. Cot was already set up in the room. We would stay again if we are back visiting peppa pig!

5 mins from peppa pig world, the breakfast is incredible, i would go just for this!!! Breakfast done Better here than any hotel i have been to. The breakfast room is immaculate too. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean enough, not the dirtiest hotel i have been to but not immaculate either but to be honest I don’t think the cleaning staff are given enough time to clean the rooms. But overall the cleanliness was good. I’m just on the OCD side. No noises that bothered me.

Hotel was a great location for us. Everything clean and tidy and staff helpful and friendly, Sharan at breakfast was really friendly and efficient and made sure everything was kept clean and tidy, only issue was room was on the warm side and as ground floor limited in options to cool it.
