Hotel seemed nice, but was very dated and carpet, etc had not been updated. This caused a cleanliness issue. Room had spots by the drapes where there was a collection of bugs, and debris. Service was good, and hotel was likely very nice at one point, but would not stay there again.

Historical amazing hotel and Spa. The staff is the best in Miami hands down!
The hotel and the room though have a old smell like musky, only downside for me. Might be time for a renovation

All of the staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant/market service and valet) was incredibly friendly, professional and accommodating. I’ve stayed here on several occasions and the experience is consistently exceptional. Thank you Biltmore Coral Gables.

Stayed here prior to moving my son into University of Miami. The staff was very helpful and even helped me load the car for move in day.
