They charged me for the stay in dollars when they quoted it to me in pesos…. And they didn't fix it... Neither at the hotel nor on Trip.com

A hotel in the city center! The room is a bit small, but the service is super good! We have a dedicated service staff to introduce the hotel's facilities! The surrounding shopping spots are very convenient! We also took a tour of the sightseeing bus next to it!

The hotel is very well located, close to the main historical places,Shopping, shopping and gastronomic center, ideal for going to the craft fair of weekends,this is just 5 squares. I would have been perfect if they hadn't been confused with my payment,because they told me I had to pay there,but I had already paid via the card to Trip(bad info of the receptionist) on Sunday...I had to wait until Monday and when I went to complain again, they told me I was already paid.The comfortable facilities,the uncomfortable kitchen,no own car,it has to pay it and breakfast was not included in the reservation and was paid almost $10 more for day

Breakfast is too bad, sound insulation is worse, I didn't sleep well all night, the party sound downstairs and the car sound on the road seem to be in my ear
