Our best hotel stay so far in 2023. This is a true alpine hotel with traditional decor and if you visit Alps this type of traditional family owned hotels and hospitality would add more joy to the visit. The hotel's dining room and bar with a Mont Blanc view was truly enjoyable. The food, drinks and services are memorable as well. This hotel is run by a friendly family. They have made every effort to make sure our stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The management and staff were truly respectful to their clients. Hope to visit this hotel in the future again.

What an amazing hotel! The owners (husband and wife) make you feel so welcome. The breakfast buffet is filled with freshly baked breads and cakes among the numerous selections. The views of the French Alps are incredible too. The airline lost my baggage and the hotel kept in touch with me even after we checked-out to report the airline had called to say they found it. Highly recommend this property.

What can I say? As a visitor from Canada who has never been to the Alps, this little gem could. Not have provided me with a better experience. The hotel is family run and you feel like a guest in their home. It is in a gorgeous location in the Alps with views that are out of this world. The hotel itself is spotless and filled with charm. There is a lovely lounge area inside with comfortable lounging area and an outdoor patio and pool area for relaxing. The restaurant at the hotel is superb and very well priced for such good food and attentive service. My room was perfect with a lovely view of the mountains behind. I can’t recommend enough and thanks for a lovely stay!

The most friendly, warm and charming hotel with incredible views of Mont Blanc. Caroline and Christoph and their team are incredible hosts. The food and service - superb! It really is just perfect in every way! I travel a lot all over the world and it would be hard to be the Chamois D’or for the feeling of being at home, welcome and spoiled!

Un hôtel familial dans le plus beau sens du terme : la propriétaire (et son équipe) est d’une gentillesse et d’une serviabilité peu commune; elle aime son métier, ses clients et souhaite leur offrir la plus belle expérience possible, cela se sent dès la réservation, et se confirme pendant toute la durée du séjour. L’hôtel est très confortable, la vue est incroyable, la nourriture est bonne, le petit déjeuner (buffet, mais possibilité en chambre) est rempli de produits maisons et produits locaux. On a tous passé un excellent séjour et pensons déjà à revenir !

Tout était parfait. L'établissement a 60 ans et nous pensions qu'il était neuf ou entièrement rénové tellement tout est en état impeccable ! Propreté irréprochable, chambre et literie confortables, espaces communs très agréables et accueil chaleureux.

Meilleur hôtel de la r3gion. Surpassent Megève et Combloux. Chalet typique et très confortable. Propreté. Espace salle à manger et terrasse pour repas. Belle piscine dans un jardin impeccable. La patronne et son équipe sont passionnés et très chaleureux dans une ambiance casual très chic. Chambre et salle de bain rénovée. Balcon privé, fleuri et vue extraordinaire sur les massifs. Mon séjour est parfait. Allez-y.
