El hotel esta bien, todo correcto, trato amable por parte del personal, habitación limpia y grande, con lo necesario, sin grandes pretensiones, eché de menos algún enchufe solo tiene uno en la habitación, el baño está bien, tiene secador de pelo, jabón de manos y gel Yo no le pondría cuatro estrellas, con tres tiene suficiente, buen desayuno, Comida y cena regular. El personal de cocina/ comedor es superamable.

El hotel no merece las 4 estrellas, necesita una reforma de instalaciones, de atención al cliente, no había nadie que te atendiera en la zona de desayuno y la cafetera no tenia agua, el cuarto de baño es viejo y sin elementos de aseo etc. Cierto que en temporada baja como ahora, es barato pero tiene que aumentar los estándares de calidad.

Estuvimos en la habitación 104, el suelo de parquet levantado, el agua para la ducha ,se ve que tiene termoeléctrico cada habitación y sale templada al poco se acaba y ya sale fría ,no tiene las estrellas que pone, no cumplió las expectativas y no lo aconsejo, seguramente en otras habitaciones no ocurrirá ,pero es mi experiencia, el sitio es encantador y muy tranquilo,por lo menos en la fecha que fuimos.

Siento comentar que nuestra valoración es pésima, no se corresponde en absoluto con la categoría otorgada de 4 estrellas. En la habitación y el lavabo falta de todo, los colchones son pésimos. No hay aire acondicionado en los pasillos (estamos en Extremadura agosto), en el restaurante hay que pedir el aire y además has de retirar tu los platos, la calidad de los productos ofrecidos en el bufet del desayuno horribles. El personal correcto al igual que la ubicación,

Hay un solo enchufe en la habitacion. La luz de la cama no se puede apagar tuvimos que aflojar las bombillas. En un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene que haber una calidades superiores a lo que hay en el Hotel. Este hotel en una ciudad seria un 2 estrellas.

Hotel situado en la plaza de la catedral, al lado de esta y con varias habitaciones que ofrecen unas vistas suyas bonitas. Facilidad de aparcamiento en la misma plaza. El edificio es amplio, es el antiguo palacio episcopal. La habitación, buena y cómoda. Bien dotada y amplia. Un poco escasa, eso sí, de enchufes. El precio, bastante razonable, 65 euros en agosto del 2024. El desayuno es tipo bufet, un poco pobre. Amabilidad de los empleados, muy especialmente para solucionarme un problema por haber equivocado la fecha de la reserva. La fecha que yo realmente deseaba estaba completo: me lo cancelaron por teléfono e incluso me llamaron al día siguiente al producirse una cancelación por si me interesaba.

Cuidado con los malentendidos. Si dejáis el coche dentro del hotel os lo cobrarán sí o sí. No malentendáis. Además aviso, y el que avisa no es traidor, el hotel es de DOS ESTRELLAS como máximo, nada de 4 estrellas. Los colchones de muelles y las camas individuales arrimadas sin unir, se abren, humedad/ hongos en el filo de la ducha, pocos interruptores en la habitación, el aire acondicionado funciona pero tarda en coger ritmo, las puertas del balcón no encajan bien y se escuchan todas las conversaciones de la plaza.
