We booked 2 separate rooms with the same price, but received two rooms that were completely different in size and quality, which I think is completely unfair: one was like a 2x2 box, the second was a full-fledged large room with a closet, a large bed, a large full-length mirror and similar amenities. The cost of these rooms is definitely different both because of the amenities and the size. In one of the rooms where I lived, there were apparently some insects, like fleas or bedbugs, they were definitely not ants ... I was bitten very badly, which caused a lot of problems and discomfort. After cleaning the room, the situation did not change. We also had an emergency and did not know whether we would be able to check into this hotel at all, since the sea direction from El Nido was closed by the coast guard. We provided all the documents and asked for a refund so as not to occupy the rooms and save money if it takes more than one or even two days. At first, the phone number of this hotel is not valid and we could not contact it ourselves. We wrote to support and all day they could not contact the hotel to arrange a cancellation, the hotel responded after 5-6 hours, but even with documents from the coast guard, they refused to refund us and wanted to keep the money for themselves. We considered the option of at least keeping the rooms for us and waiting for us, even if we arrive in a few days, but we also could not get an answer for a very long time, and check-in was before 8 pm. The terms and conditions say that if you do not check in on the first day, a penalty is charged in the full amount of the reservation and cancellation of the reservation! We did not know what to do ... but we had friends there and we asked them to come and arrange with the hotel to wait for us. But the attitude of the hotel is very unpleasant, because locals work there and the situation with cancellations of ferries and closure of ports is a common story and it happens for several days, we did not know this, because it was our first time. The administration is incompetent and does not go to meet in such situations. We spent a lot of time and effort to keep our housing. On the territory of the hotel, where the residents of this hotel should rest and stay, there was a huge jeep every day, which took up half the yard. If you exclude all the troubles above, then the hotel is quite nice, with a nice yard, delicious breakfast and cheap beer. But the mood on the trip was spoiled and I would never return to this place.
